"4 propositions [sans titre]" is a show inspired by 4 paintings by Yves Klein. Klein (1928-1962) was a French artist known among other things for his numerous monochrome paintings of different colours. His intention was to use the different pure pigments, so that the colour would not lose its brilliance when combined with a binder. For the artist, it was not only a question of aesthetics, but also a search for an intimate correspondence with human measure.

Mickael Luis (classical guitar) and Lia Beuchat (dance), who form the company "Cordes à Corps", propose the interpretation of four monochromes by this French artist. They have dedicated a residency in Poschiavo (Switzerland) to the research and interpretation of four monochromes by this French artist.

They seek to translate into music and dance both the form and the colour presented. In 4 propositions [sans titre] the following paintings are presented: "titanium white" (M 69, vertical rectangular), "turmeric yellow" (M 72, horizontal rectangular), "lime red" (M 38, square) and "ultramarine blue" (IKB 54, round). They translate the shapes and colours presented into music and dance with great sensitivity and coherence. Each painting creates a very specific universe and uses different processes in both dance and music. Through a simple and sober scenography (three black chairs, repositioned for each piece according to the form and orientation of the painting presented), they restore with great refinement the environment, the shapes and colours of the interpreted paintings, creating a dialogue between music and dance, while preserving each one's own role".
